This remodeled Lakefront home sits in the middle of beautiful Lake Livingston, offering 200-degree views of the water and stunning sunsets.

A mere few feet away from the community boat ramp, this house is perfect for boating and fishing enthusiasts.

Golf cart rental is available for an additional fee (book in advance). Enjoy the water views from all angles and ride around like a local in an interconnected 4-mile multi-neighborhood loop.

The space
Multiple sitting areas, including a covered dock where you can hang out, swim, and fish from. Bring your own boat and keep it readily available on the boat lift (10' x 26')!

The house is equipped with all kitchen and bathroom essentials and makes for a very comfortable stay.

Have fun outdoors in a nice, big backyard with a fire pit and BBQ grill to make the most of your stay. Explore the lake on the two kayaks provided.

Enjoy quiet mornings walking around the friendly neighborhood and being close to many great local restaurants.

(Please note: since the photos were taken, we've updated the refrigerator to a new stainless-steel model, upgraded the living room TV to a new 65" smart TV, and a golf cart rental is available to "enjoy the sunset beyond the spot".)
