With a private ocean-view balcony overlooking the pools and lazy river, and access to the extensive amenities of both the Villas and the main resort, this beautifully updated condo is a bright and relaxing home base for your beach getaway.
The space
Your vacation starts from the moment you step through the front door into the bedroom, where a new king-sized memory foam bed awaits. The mattress and pillows are protected with waterproof, allergy-proof covers and topped with new, fresh linens for every guest. After a restful night, a privacy door separates the bedroom from the living area for a quiet start to your morning.
Beyond the privacy door, the recently remodeled living and dining space offers a comfortable place to gather.
For the cooks: The updated kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops, and modern appliances. It's stocked with basic culinary essentials for everything from a quick coffee to a full meal.
For the relaxers: The living area includes a cozy loveseat, two side chairs, and a Smart/Cable TV with Hulu+Live. For additional guests, the couch includes a highly-rated, queen-sized gel foam pull-out mattress with a memory foam topper.
For families: The closet holds a pack-n-play, high chair, and a selection of books, games, and puzzles for all ages.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the fantastic amenities of both Bluewater Villas and the larger Bluewater Resort across the street. These include multiple indoor/outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, a dry sauna, a fitness center, and a private entrance to the beach. Wristbands for pool access, parking garage access cards, and parking passes will be available in the unit upon your arrival.
Other things to note
As per HOA rules, smoking of any kind is prohibited on the balcony. Please do not hang towels or rugs on the balcony railing. Grills are also not permitted.

We started our business Travel Therapy Properties, LLC in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and have 3 vacation rental properties. Two condos in Myrtle Beach, and a house on Beech Mountain, NC. Anyone is welcome at our properties, but we have a soft spot for people traveling with children. We know it can be a real challenge, therefore, we set up our properties so that people of all ages will be comfortable and enjoy their vacation. Our other soft spot is for teachers. We feel they are underappreciated and underpaid (at least in our state) which is why we donate free vacation time in our properties to various teachers throughout the year. This is our way of saying thank you for all the time and effort they put into our collective children.
