We kindly ask all guests to remain within their designated areas to ensure privacy and allow everyone to fully enjoy their stay.

1. Please treat our home with care and respect.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A PHP 5,000 penalty applies for any signs of smoking inside the property.
3. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4. Please do not leave trash outside, as monkeys may pick through it. Message us if you need trash collected.
5. Damaged or missing property items will be charged a PHP 500 administrative fee plus the actual repair or replacement cost.
6. An additional PHP 5,000 cleaning fee will apply if the property is left in an unusually dirty condition beyond normal use.
7. Please turn off all air conditioners when leaving the property.
8. Please park only in your designated parking space. Do not use neighboring spaces or block driveways.
9. Please do not lock any doors inside the house.
10. Items left behind may be claimed within 30 days after your stay. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 30 days.
11. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these House Rules and Terms.
