The space
Sunridge Subic A can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and 1 staff member, such as a helper or driver. The property features a bird-watching deck overlooking the flora and fauna of Subic Bay, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful forest surroundings.
Sunridge Subic A is a 10-minute drive from the Central Business District of Subic Bay, where restaurants, cafés, shopping malls, and other commercial establishments are located.

Sunridge Subic A is part of a duplex together with another unit called “Sunridge Subic B.”

Both units are listed separately on Airbnb and may be booked individually. Upon special request and subject to availability, guests may book the entire duplex.
If there are guests staying in Sunridge Subic B during your stay, you may occasionally come across them in the surrounding areas. However, each unit has its own dedicated indoor and outdoor spaces.
We kindly ask all guests to remain within their designated areas to ensure privacy and allow everyone to fully enjoy their stay.
[House Rules]
1. Please treat our home with care and respect.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A PHP 5,000 smoking penalty fee will be charged for any signs of smoking inside the property, including cigarette odor, cigarette butts, ashes, or burn marks.
3. Please be respectful of neighboring homes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4. Please do not leave trash outside the house, as monkeys may pick through the garbage. If you need to dispose of trash, please message us and our staff will gladly collect it for you.
5. Any missing or damaged items may be reported and charged accordingly. A minimum charge of PHP 500 per item will apply, with higher charges assessed based on the replacement or repair cost of the item.
6. Please turn off all air conditioners whenever leaving the property.
7. Please do not park in neighboring parking spaces or block driveways.
8. Please do not lock any doors inside the house.

All beds are prepared with hotel-grade white cotton linens, including duvets with duvet covers.
Fresh linens are provided for every booking.

The property has a fully-equipped kitchen but does not include drinking water. We kindly ask guests to bring their own drinking water during their stay.
