This is a private rental property. You can access to all areas of the room. Only the top of the closet is a staff-only storage area.
Other things to note
We have one free shared dryer installed outside on the 1st floor.Feel free to use them.
Confirmation
There is no elevator in the facility and you will need to use the outside stairs.Please come to unit 201 on the 2nd floor.
The surrounding area is a residential area, so please be mindful of noise in the early morning and at night (20:00 ~ 7:00).
Smoking is prohibited in the facility.
· No party allowed.
No pets are allowed.
Large leftovers such as suitcases will be charged for 3,300 yen including tax as a large fee.
・We will charge a fee of ¥3,300 for purchasing tickets, etc., or making registrations on your behalf for events held in Japan.
(In some cases, proxy purchases may not be possible.)
Please help us sort the trash (please separate burnable trash, pet bottles, cans, and bottles into their respective trash cans and throw them away)
There may be a penalty fee of 33,000 yen, including tax, for unauthorized occupancy and violation of noise rules.
Baggage such as suitcases can be kept from 14:00, but in principle, check-in is after 16:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are available for 1,100 yen including tax for 30 minutes.
