With 3 large bedrooms (sleeps 9), 2 full baths, huge front and back decks, & a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for 1 large or 2 small families, including the dogs! NO PET FEES. All linens included and arrive to the beds made! Have a large family and need 2 places? Shore Nuff OKI is right next door!

The space
Sunny Boy OKI is the perfect home for your Oak Island vacation! Walk right out of the house and head straight to the beach - a 2 minute walk! Come back after a day on the sand and rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Cook your meals in the well-equipped kitchen or try out a local restaurants nearby. Unwind and listen to the waves crash as you relax on the front and back porches. Hang out inside on the large living room and or play games around the huge dining table!

The home has a large main living space with open concept living/dining/kitchen where you can spend quality family time together. The split floor plan allows for privacy with the bedrooms in the back. The primary bedroom with queen bed has an attached en-suite bath. The secondary bedroom has queen bed, and the third bedroom boasts a full and twin bed. The large common bath also includes the washer and dryer.

Outside, the home has a large driveway with plenty of parking for 4 cars. Store all your gear or play a game of corn hole under the house - plenty of room for the kids to run around and play.
