Sunflower Sunset Getaways is a Superhost

Superhosts are experienced, highly rated Hosts.

This sunny 2-story raised beach has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a well-equipped kitchen and comfortably sleeps 8-10. Out back, a large pool, grill patio, and closet of pool/beach toys for guests is available. The pool is shared with 3 other homes.
There is a $200 pet fee for up to two fur babies. Please book their stay along with yours so that we can welcome them properly!

Guests must be 25+ years old and may bring children. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

The space
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit on facing east and west to view beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets. The two east-facing rooms have small balconies, and the primary bedroom has a large west-facing balcony. There is a television in each bedroom equipped with Roku streaming services. Each bathroom has a tub - the primary bedroom has tons of natural light, a jetted tub, and a large 2-person shower.
The kitchen has a standard coffee maker, a single serving Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and a large selection of dishes, utensils, and cookware. The dining area seats 8-10 around a large 'country' wood table.
The living room has an extra large television with Samsung streaming services and an adapter on the wall to plug in your own entertainment.
The low-density community consists of 2 duplexes that contain two units each. The four homes share a large pool and a grilling area in the backyard.

Guest access
Guests will be sent a reminder and trip tips before arrival, and access information including a unique door lock code the morning of arrival.

Other things to note
There is a long, single-lane parking area beneath the home. Please park there on the rocks in front of the house. Do not park in the grass next to the fence. If desiring not to block one another in if there are more than two vehicles, may be suggest parking the largest car beneath the house (no large boats please), and the smaller vehicles perpendicular to the house - not facing the house, but in front of the home facing the fence. there may be a family in our A unit, so we do not want to block their access to their carport or parking.
