Just one block away from the sun-soaked beaches of Gulf Shores, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach house is pet-friendly! Two pups can come enjoy the enclosed balcony or the dog run.

The well-equipped galley kitchen includes a small dishwasher, refrigerator, and comes fully stocked with dishes/cooking utensils. Also, there's a stacked W/D & parking for 3-4 cars parking. #noparties

Welcome to Sunflower in the City, your vintage, pet-friendly oasis in the heart of Gulf Shores! Located just ONE short block from the pristine white sands, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom raised beach home is the perfect coastal retreat for families, friends, and your furry companions.

Here's a little more perspective:

This is the cutest little Sunflower in the City! Our vintage two bedroom, two bath raised beach home is ONE SHORT block away from the white sand heavenly beach of Gulf Shores. And before you reach the beach, like if you need to rest after 50 steps for a libation, there's a festive restaurant called The Catch with excellent cocktails and delicious seafood. Walk another block along the beach, and reach the legendary Hangout, and a few more steps gets you front row, on-the-beach seating at the world-famous Pink Pony!

Another of our favorite things is our fur babies! Don't leave home without them! Sure, it takes a bit more to clean the place so there is a pet fee, but aren't they worth it? And they will thank you when you see how happy they are on the enclosed wraparound balcony. They won't miss a thing! One favor please: if you leave the doors open - because the beach breeze is SO AMAZING, please turn off the AC. You can always turn it on again when you're in for the night!

Okay, what else? You'll also enjoy two large bedrooms with ultra comfy beds and light- blocking drapes. And we ordered the fastest internet speed for your entertainment needs. There are three tvs with Roku devices to that end as well. Downstairs, there is a grill, a few beach fun items, and a large backyard in addition to a small, enclosed dog run. There may still beach spurs (sticklers) that our lawn crew is working to eliminate - FYI.

And the must haves - two bathrooms, a galley kitchen, and keyless entry locks. Can this decision be any easier? If you love beach life at the right price, you've found it. Welcome!

The entire home and backyard (which, despite how hard we try, we have been unable to destroy every sticker and sand burr) are yours to use. Please enjoy but remember - no parties or disturbing the peace for the neighbors.

Other things to note
Parking for up to 4 cars is available in the driveway, but not under the house in the carport, please. This means NO COSTLY PARKING PASSES NEEDED! And think of the time and aggravation you will save by NOT having to search for beach parking!

Use all of the space beneath the house for other leisure and fun - even when it's raining!
Once you're in the carport, you are covered whether ascending the stairs to the balcony or front door, or hanging out downstairs. We are adamant that NOTHING will rain on your beach parade. 🥳⛱️🌻
