Our building is a charming two-story property registered on the historic register. Constructed in the 1920s, it retains unique original features like the old ‘milk’ doors once used for dairy deliveries while offering all modern comforts. Situated right next to the Toyota Center in downtown Houston, it provides a perfect base for exploring the city’s vibrant attractions.

There is no complimentary parking included with this listing.

Street parking is available and typically costs about $1.25 per hour. It is free after 6 PM until 7 AM the following day and all day on Sundays.
