The space
Our building is a charming two-story property registered on the historic registry. Constructed in the 1920s, it retains unique original features like the old ‘milk’ doors along the hallway and offers all modern comforts. Situated right next to the Toyota Center in downtown Houston, it’s one of the last remaining buildings of its era and provides a perfect base for exploring the city’s vibrant attractions.

Our property is located in the heart of downtown Houston.

There is no complimentary parking included with this listing.

Street parking is available and typically costs about $1.25 per hour. It is free after 6 PM until 7 AM the following day and all day on Sundays.
