Ventnor boasts a general store, a local friendly "Paddock to plate" Butcher + fresh organic produce as well as the Phillip Island Winery.
The World Famous Penguin Parade and Nobbies tourist centres are just along the road

Sunbear Lodge is a classic 1960's Phillip Island elevated Pole House. Sitting on our totally private expansive sun-drenched deck it feels like you are living in the trees with the incredible variety of birdlife at eye level.

Accommodation consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 1 double. Maximum 4 guests.

We live in Melbourne Australia and enjoy the Airbnb experience by sharing our beach house and peaceful corner of Phillip Island with others. Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible I'm Born and bred in London UK, have lived in Australia (Sydney and Melbourne) for 29 years. Pete is originally a Bendigo boy who has been living in Melbourne for most of his life.
