Welcome to Summer By The Sea 2, a 2 bed, 2 bath duplex in quiet Pompano Beach, a 5 minute drive (or 15 to 20 minute walk) to the beach. Guests call it spotless and one of the best stocked Airbnbs they have stayed in. The king suite has its own entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. Second bedroom sleeps more in two queens. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, baby gear and backpack cooler included. Great for families or two couples. Walk to Publix and restaurants. Message us, we would love to host you.
The space
Hi, we're Rick and Patricia. This is the sister unit to our other Pompano Beach duplex next door, and it has hosted over 150 stays with a 4.96 rating. Guests keep telling us the same things: it's spotless, immaculate, and one of the best stocked Airbnbs they have stayed in. We built Summer By The Sea 2 to feel like a real home away from home, not just a place to sleep.
Location
You're on a quiet residential street, an easy walk to Publix, restaurants, and shops, and about a 5 minute drive (or a scenic 15 to 20 minute walk) to the beach. We keep beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, baby gear, a cooler, and a backpack cooler ready to go so you can pack light and head straight to the sand.
Primary Suite
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a mounted TV, and its own private exterior entrance, separate from the rest of the home. It connects to its own full bathroom and a small kitchenette with a sink and counter, so one couple or family can have their own space and their own way in and out.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two queen beds, its own TV, and a full closet, comfortable for kids, friends, or a third couple. A second full bathroom with double vanity sits just down the hall.
Living Room
Bright and open, with a smart TV for movies and game nights, comfortable seating for the whole group, and a dining table with room for everyone.
Kitchen
A full gas range, dishwasher, and stainless appliances give you everything you need to cook a real meal, plus a second small coffee and toaster station so breakfast for a crowd never gets crowded.
Backyard
A private paved patio with a natural gas grill (no propane tanks to swap out), string lights, and a dining table that seats up to eight. Mango trees in the yard drop fruit for guests to enjoy in season.
Laundry
In unit washer and dryer, with pods included so you do not have to pack extra.

Stocked for you: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, linens, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, paper towels, sponges, dish detergent, basic condiments, and coffee.
