This wonderful crash pad for Owner, Interior Designer/Artist/Entrepreneur, Nina Howard had been home for the first two years of ownership while she traveled back and forth, staying at several of her "Airbnbs" in Ann Arbor, MI. Nina is now sharing this location in a RETIREMENT VILLAGE on a month-to-month basis for people OVER 55. Jonathan Valley is nestled 3 miles from Maggie Valley and 11 miles from downtown Waynesville, NC. Small dogs will be considered. Please give age size-type-age.

Summer Place Community is a retirement "village" of approximately 45 houses, Tiny homes, RV's and/or Park Models that cater to the 55 and over crowd. Most owners have their permanent home in either Florida or the coast of NC/SC. A few people live here year round but mostly Summer Place serves as a vacation home community in the mountains for its' owners. It is a very quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything! You are off Exit 20 (Great Smoky Mtn Park and Maggie Valley) and Interstate I-40, 30 miles from the TN border, 11 miles from Waynesville, and 35 miles to Asheville, NC.
