We welcome you to come enjoy this beautiful space overlooking historic downtown Seneca KS! As you enter the Suite on Main keyless entry door off of Main Street, you will ascend the stairway to your keyless entry door.
The condo features an open concept front room with a kitchen. Other spaces are a generous size bathroom and a bedroom big enough for two queen beds.
Since you are in downtown you can walk to shops, a bakery, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a bar and several eating establishments.
The space
The condo includes the front room or living area with seating for five in the comfortable leather furniture that includes several recliners. There is a smart tv with an electric fireplace and a beautiful view of historic Main Street out your window.
The kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals, except for your food, has an Island that serves as your eating area. The kitchen has all full-size appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a dedicated workspace in the kitchen and the coat closet is also near there.
Moving down the hall to the bathroom – there is a tub shower combination and it is well stocked with the essentials.
The bedroom has two comfortable queen beds, a generous closet, a small sitting area and a TV for your viewing pleasure. An inflatable queen size bed will allow additional sleeping space.
We have a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and a first aid kit in the bathroom, in case of emergency.

Other things to note
Parking is available on Main Street or on a side street nearby and it is free of charge. and other thing to note is that there are 25 steps to enter the apartment from the street level, but the view is great up there!
No smoking in the suite and NO PETS allowed. There is a $400 fine for smoking in the suite or hallway outside and $300 fine for a pet on the grounds.
