The space
Pool Heat Fee: $75/night from October-April, $25/night for the rest of the year (often not needed). A 2-night minimum is generally required, with discounts available for heating requests of 5 nights or more.

Early Check-In and Early Check-Out:
Subject to availability, early check-in and early check-out are each available for an additional fee of $100.

Note: There is no parking garage.

This Backyard Oasis includes a large swimming pool, corn-hole game, Bocce Ball, BBQ grill, and lots of space for sunning and funning. Please advise us ahead of time if you would like the pool heated, as it takes 24 hours to heat.
