🕒 QUIET HOURS:
The building is very quiet, and no parties or noise will be tolerated after 10:00 PM.
👥 GUEST DECLARATION:
The number of guests must be declared at the time of booking. Only the guests registered in the reservation will be allowed to stay in the apartment.
If any undeclared guests are found in the apartment, your reservation may be canceled at any time without refund.
📋 SEF REQUIREMENTS:
All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report tourist and guest information to the Immigration and Border Service (SEF).
To comply with legal requirements, one week before your arrival, we will send you a link to a SEF form for you to fill out and return to us before your arrival. This is a mandatory procedure.
💰 TOURIST TAX:
Starting from May 21, 2024, the Municipality of Albufeira will begin collecting a local tax. According to regulations, this tourist tax of €2 will be applied between April 1 and October 31.
It applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or older.
This tax applies to paid nights in all hotels, local accommodations, campsites, and caravans.
