This memorable place is anything but ordinary. we are co-sited with NZ's only. Classic Japanese Motorcycle Gallery - Mike Pero's. And for those who have an interest in aviation, a Boeing 737–800 Simulator is also on site.

Studio One is best suited to a couple, or a young child can sleep on the couch.

The space
WE ARE BEST SUITED FOR A COUPLE AND ONE SMALL CHILD CAN SLEEP ON A COUCH.

Subject to approval, we will accept one 1 small non-shedding dog. No cats sorry. Please do not let the dog on the beds or furniture and please bring your own dog bedding.

We have all the mod cons including underfloor heating and air-conditioning.

The Studio is set well back from the road, so it's very quiet from road noise.

Please be aware we are a semi rural property and our neighbours have several animals including Roosters.

Studio One is completely private and gated.

Other things to note
For those who have an interest in aviation and motorcycles, you are co-sited with New Zealand's only Classic Japanese Motorcycle Gallery – Mike Pero's. Your hosts can arrange a visit, and this one is on the house! And for those who have an interest in aviation, well, here's the real kicker a Boeing 737–800 simulator. This doesn't come free but check out JETex online and we can arrange a flight. A special discounted rate may apply.

You can Uber from Christchurch Airport to 'Studio One' for around $25 or, subject to availability, we may be able to pick you up in a late model Range Rover and drop you at your Studio door (for a flat fee of $60).

The City is 16 minutes from 'Studio One' and you can catch a bus after a 100 metre walk, or you can Uber for about $40.

Parking is no problem at all, and if you're flying offshore and want to park, we will let you park here (with security) for only $10 a day. Your parking during your stay is free .
