This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a private balcony overlooking St. Philip St. is located in the heart of the iconic French Quarter. With plenty of space, this Airbnb is perfect for families or large groups. We are less than 50 steps away from Bourbon St, the finest restaurants in the world, and countless attractions. We have created the perfect environment for an authentic New Orleans experience.

The space
The "Napoleon" condo, situated in the Saint Philip Residence, offers both comfort and convenience! This spacious condo underwent a full renovation in December 2023, transforming from a 2-bedroom/1.5 bathroom to a 3-bedroom with private doors/2 bathrooms making it the perfect place for large groups.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 55" smart TV, a closet, and a dedicated workspace. A back hallway leads to the Jack and Jill bathroom, which connects to guest bedroom 1.

GUEST BEDROOM 1
The unique guest bedroom with a king-size bed overlooks the French Quarter skyline. It features a vintage large mirror and a 32" smart TV. It is located in a space adjacent to the living area.

GUEST BEDROOM 2
The Queen-size guest bedroom is adjacent to another guest bedroom and offers a stunning view of the French Quarter skyline. It features a sitting area and a 55" smart TV.

LIVING AREA
Comprised of an open-concept living space, the living area features one sofa bed, a 55" smart TV, and a separate reading space. It also features a dining area.

KITCHEN
The full-size chef's kitchen is fully equipped and features a gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, plates, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and more. You have everything you need to prepare a whole meal.

BALCONY
You can relax in this gorgeous condo with a large private balcony overlooking bustling St. Philip Street in the heart of the French Quarter. It has two seating areas with enough chairs for eight guests.

BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms, each featuring a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead.

COURTYARD
Before venturing out to your favorite restaurant, you can also relax in the luscious shared courtyard with a Hurricane cocktail, Sazerac, or Pimms Cup.

LAGNIAPPE
The apartment comes with free wifi and toiletries. We also provide hotel-grade towels and linens. Codes are provided to access the apartment for a fast and friendly self-check-in.

PARKING
Due to its location in the heart of the city, we do not have onsite parking of our own. There is metered parking with 2 hour limit between 7 AM and 7 PM, and it's first come first serve. Overnight street parking is free and has no limitations between 7 PM and 7 AM. It's essential to pay attention to street signage to identify the areas where parking is allowed.

There are also 12 parking lots/garages throughout the French Quarter area. Most of the garages and lots are operated by Premium Parking. To locate the best parking option for you we recommend you download the Premium Parking app.

HISTORIC LOCATION
Saint Philip Residence is a very unique and historic space.
The building was constructed in the early 1800s and was originally a townhome. The Saint Philip Residence has been home to many different New Orleans legends, including author Robert Stone.

We have completely renovated the building and while doing so we preserved as much of its historical value as possible. This makes Saint Philip special and we hope you enjoy the work that was completed to preserve the space.

With all the historical buildings in city centers, we want you to be aware of some items that need more tender loving care.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor the building does not have an elevator.

Many features of the apartment are original, such as doors, walls, and windows.

The brick walls have been painted so there is minimal brick dust that will fall but please be aware if the walls are touched there may be some dust.

Saint Philip Residence a Hospitality of New Orleans property has been often called the best-hidden gem in the city. The building is a brick double townhouse that follows the Creole traditional architectural style. Its exterior stairways, balustrades, window treatments, fluted columns and capitals, fences and gates are all original, providing you with the quintessential French Quarter experience. Saint Philip Residence overlooks Saint Philip Street and features 15 residential-style apartments, a lush courtyard, and multiple private and semi-private balconies. In each space you will find plenty of room to relax; arranged more like apartments than a traditional hotel room. You'll feel right at home with us! Famed author Robert Stone lived here with his wife Janice when he wrote “Hall of Mirrors” in 1960. The book was later turned into a Hollywood movie called WUSA. Saint Philip Residence is the true flavor of New Orleans and has a very colorful past. In the 1940's it was a brothel run by one of New Orleans most notorious madams. The very large gallery balconies overlooking St Philip street and surrounding streets are mesmerizing and a great place for morning coffee or sipping wine in the evening, not to mention people watching as there are always events, parades, and interesting people passing by.
