A perfectly located spacious, Georgian cottage located in the heart of Padstow's Old Town, just a stone's throw from the Harbour and close to the boutiques and famous restaurants that Padstow has to offer.

It would suit families, groups of friends or family looking to explore this wonderful corner of Cornwall. Day trips to the nearby beaches, boat trips, cycle rides and evenings in Padstow Old Town, this is a perfect base for a memorable holiday.

Well behaved dogs allowed downstairs- £25

The space
Spacious, calming and cosy. The downstairs living space is open-plan and contemporary while maintaining it's traditional cottage feel. It is a perfect place to host a dinner, drinks or cosy evening in.

Both bathrooms boast a very powerful power shower - guests love it! Note - there isn't a bath in the cottage.

Bedrooms are equipped for comfort, the are all a good size. The attic twin room is very spacious and has views of the Camel Estuary but please note that the doorway to get into the room is not a normal door height - it is 136cm high - so your will duck to get in.

Dogs are allowed downstairs but we kindly request that they do not use the bedrooms upstairs.

Other things to note
There is no dedicated parking outside the cottage, however, there is a huge long stay car park just a 4-5 minute walk and they do weekly tickets. To give you an idea of costs at the moment, October-March it is £1.10 per day to park.

If you'd like any recommendations so that you can pre-book restaurants or activities, do get in touch. I'd definitely recommend making a reservation if you'd like to dine at the famous restaurants!
