The clue is in the name! This well-thought-out home has everything you could want in a holiday home. Centrally located, just minutes away from the main beaches, parks, shops and restaurants/bars. Also a short walk from the train station, with a high-speed link to London. Stones Throw was recently renovated and offers the perfect place to anchor yourself while you explore the beauty of the coastline.

We also welcome dogs free of charge.

The space
The downstairs area is an open planned kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar, central to the room there is a large dining table to enjoy meals. There is an adjoining front room with sea views, sofas (a sofa bed for the extra guests) and a smart TV where you can unwind after a long day down the beach.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds, wardrobes and a chest of draws and a room with bunk beds and a chest of draws. Both the front bedrooms have sea views. There's a new bathroom with a toilet, sink, vanity unit, a large bath and shower.

There is a lovely sun trap and private garden, with an outside lounging area, and BBQ for those long sunny days and bbq dinners.

The house comes with a fast internet connection for those that want to work from the seaside!

Due to the central location of the property, the house does not have off-street parking, however, an on-road parking permit can be purchased at £2:70 per day. Alternatively, there is residential parking within a 5-minute walk of the house, where you can park for free (if you prefer).

Neighborhood highlights

Broadstairs is the perfect seaside staycation. With a variety of amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and boutique shops and fishmongers offering fresh and locally caught fish daily. Friends and families can have the most wonderful time throughout the year. With 7 gorgeous beaches on our doorstep, you really will be spoilt for choice! Viking Bay has plenty of sea sports to enjoy including paddle boarding, kayaking and also surfing (all available for lessons and to hire at the beach).

If you enjoy cycling or running we have an excellent trail along the seafront with breathtaking views.

We also have the ever-popular Margate and Ramsgate with all their wonderful amenities within a mile or two, including Dreamland and the Turner Art Gallery. Dogs are welcome to stay free of charge with a safe and secure garden and lots of beaches for them to explore!

The neighbourhood is mainly residential and holiday let properties. Although it is central it is still peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the high street.
