Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property for a private stay. Each guest will receive a unique access code to our August Lock. The guest code will be messaged automatically once your booking is confirmed.

Private parking can be accessed from Augusta Street and McKay Street. We're located approximately 20 minute drive from GSP Airport, 5 minute drive to the Peace Center, and 10 minute walk to Fluor Field on Main Street Downtown Greenville.

My work: Stone Property Mangement
David a native of Greenville, and Parrish from Columbia SC, married in 2021. David runs a local property management business, a downtown music/event venue called Swanson’s Warehouse and partnered in developing Greenville’s first Hostel called Modal with local partner Joe Hindman, who also helps us develop and manage our Airbnb’s. David and Parrish love to travel, tailgating at Clemson football games and are open to meeting new and exciting people. It is the two of us, our black Rhodesian Ridgeback Maybel and Winnie the teeny weenie long haired dachshund. We love giving advice on things to do here in town and hope you have a memorable stay in our home!
