Our property offers convenient access to nearby establishments—just 5 minutes to the local talipapa, pharmacy, food stalls, and convenience stores, and 10–25 minutes to Jollibee, 7-Eleven, hospitals, the airport, city proper, and major malls. Basic necessities are also available for purchase within the premises.

The subdivision has security guards, so it’s safe, though some streets don’t have street lights yet. If you’re not familiar with the area and don’t have a private vehicle, it’s best to return home by 7 PM.
