Guests will have access to their own private unit within a duplex. Both sides of the duplex operate as separate Airbnb rentals, and this unit is entirely private—no shared indoor living spaces. The only shared area is the covered front porch entryway, which provides shelter from the weather before entering your unit.

Inside, guests will have full access to their private space, including the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Enjoy three smart TVs and high-speed wireless internet throughout the unit.

A private washer and dryer, designated specifically for your unit, are located in the basement. Please note: while the laundry room itself is a shared space between the two units, each unit has its own washer and dryer for guest use only.

There are 2 parking spaces on the property to park. If you need additional parking for more cars, there is off-street parking in front of property.
The property is a 1897 house with lots of charm. There will be 13 stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathroom in the property. We do not allow smoking in the unit, nor do we allow pets. TV channels are spotty at best, but don't worry, Netflix is all queued up and ready to watch! We look forward to you staying at our Airbnb!
