The space
The apartment is in a quiet residential area with private parking directly outside ( a real bonus as parking is in short supply in Brixham). A real home from home boasting a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob. The lounge area has a Smart TV and ample comfy seating for a relaxing stay. The stylish below decks bedrooms are enjoyed by adults and children alike, especially the Mermaid room! Access to the property is via steps to the side of the building which open on to a private patio. Further seating and BBQ area are on the terraces above shared with our other apartment Port Side. Book both apartments if travelling with friends or other family members and have the entire place to yourselves.
Beach, coves, SW coastal footpath and harbour are a short 15 min walk from the apartment.

Excellent local taxi services available, local bus route with a stop 150 yards from Starboard Side.
Main bus service to Paignton/Torquay and beyond less than 10 minutes walk from Starboard Side.
Parking in and around Brixham is in high demand during peak season as there are limited spaces available making Starboard Side ideal as it has its own parking space plus ample on street parking close by and only a short walk into the town centre. Also really convenient for unloading and loading up your luggage.

Other things to note
Starboard Side has a private patio and shared terraced gardens which is are an absolute sun trap during the summer months. There is a BBQ provided for your enjoyment, though we do ask you to be respectful of our neighbours and other guests and to adhere to our quite times policy from 9pm to 8am.
