Tucked away in a quiet, established neighborhood just minutes from some of Ocala’s most loved destinations, Springstead is the perfect home base for everyone. With easy access to Silver Springs State Park, historic downtown Ocala, and a short drive to the World Equestrian Center, you’re right in the middle of it all while still enjoying a relaxed, residential setting. The backyard also features an above ground pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Florida sunshine!

The space
This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home was loved by one family for years, and we’re excited to continue its story by welcoming guests from near and far.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and thoughtfully laid-out space designed for both relaxation and connection. The primary bedroom features a king bed you’ll look forward to at the end of the day, along with a private en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms each offer queen beds and share a well-appointed second bathroom.

One of the standout features of the home is the sunroom, which doubles as a full game and hangout space. Whether you’re playing a round of billiards, throwing darts, or just kicking back after a day exploring Ocala, it’s a space that brings everyone together.

Step outside to enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard featuring an above ground pool, perfect for cooling off, along with plenty of space for pets, gatherings, or simply enjoying a little extra room. There’s also ample parking available, including room for boats and trailers.

And yes, pets are always welcome here… and they stay for free.
