The space
Just 15 minutes south of Sedona, tucked in Arizona’s wine valley, this peaceful retreat offers the space to slow down, explore, and reconnect.

"A beautiful retreat in peaceful surroundings."

Discover the Spring House; a rare Sedona-area retreat with two private living spaces under one roof. Ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together, this peaceful home includes a fully updated 2-bedroom main house plus a private 1-bedroom guest suite with its own exterior entrance, deck, and living room. Shared property perks include a pool, hot tub, creek access, scenic lawns, and wineries just minutes away. It’s one of the best values in the area for small groups seeking comfort, privacy, and connection.

Built in 1947 as the original homestead of this Oak Creek property, the Spring House was thoughtfully updated in 2023. Known for its abundant natural light and windows in every room, this two-level home feels immersed in nature from the moment you arrive.

The 1,342 sq. ft. main house features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and multiple shared areas — including a cozy living room with a 55” smart TV, and a separate fireside sitting area perfect for reading or relaxing.

What makes this home truly special is the Spring Suite — a completely private 370 sq. ft. guest space above the main home, accessed via its own exterior staircase. It includes a king bedroom, bathroom, deck, living room, and kitchenette. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with extended family, or as friends who appreciate their own space, this flexible layout offers just the right blend of togetherness and privacy.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

The Place is bordered by a working vineyard. Occasionally there can be some noise from agricultural equipment tending to the vineyard, but most often it's quiet and peaceful. Between late February and early May, the vineyard may run a frost fan on chilly nights when temperatures dip below 34°. The fan circulates air to protect the vines, and while it can be heard from the property, it usually runs only briefly and is part of the rhythm of life in wine country.

The Place is set in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by nature, which means you may encounter insects from time to time — especially near the water and during warmer months. We have professional pest control service to help manage activity, but being in the country, the occasional bug indoors or outside is part of the environment. To help keep things comfortable, we recommend keeping doors closed and turning off outdoor lights when not in use.

Our pool and hot tub are cleaned and attended to daily. Nature happens and due to our lush and natural environment, leaves and debris can accumulate throughout the day.

During certain seasons, you may see us and other service providers tending to the grounds and managing general maintenance tasks.

Page Springs Road provides access to many popular wineries, restaurants, and recreation sites. This can lead to some road noise during the day, but the house is situated well off the road and traffic diminishes considerably in the evening.
