Really enjoyed Suzi’s home. Loved the location, especially being close to some great trails. Suzi and her team ensured an excellent stay. Great communication, clear instructions, and helpful recommendations for hikes and restaurants.

Great place to stay in Sedona. The Casita is old and can get cold, but there is a heater and Linda provides extra plug in heaters if needed. The kitchen has all the appliappliances and dishes you need. Loved the hot tub too. Would definitely stay again.

Wow… stunning! Close to so much! Walked so many places! Took the E-bike tour! HIGHLY recommend ☺️ also dinner at Tii Gavo! Food was almost as amazing as the view! HAVE to have reservations- book ahead! We will be back for sure! Have already recommended it to a few family/friends that will be booking!! Thanks Christian for the recommendations and for checking in with us! Oh… wow and hot tub was so nice on the chilly nights!

This listing is absolutely perfect. The home is a newer build, located in a quiet neighborhood in the pines. We loved our stay! The home was spotlessly clean. Sarah clearly payed carefull attention to the furnishings. Everything was great quality and very cozy. We were so impressed that it was even better than expected! Sarah had a smores station set up for use in the firepits on property. She left a bottle of wine and a snack basket. The spice cabinet was well stocked (way beyond the standard salt, pepper, sugar and oil you'll find in many rentals). There were separate towels for the hot tub. Instructions were very clear and she and her two co-hosts were very responsive on text and email. This is far and away the best airbnb or vacation rental we've ever used. You can tell that Sarah cares about the guest experience and wanted it to be perfect. It is ideally suited for a couples or family trip. Wish we could give more than just five stars, because it is just THAT good!

Perfect house and location for our first trip to Sedona. Loved that we could walk to trails from the house (although there is also a spectacular rock view from the house itself if you don’t feel so active!). Close to stores and restaurants. We walked down to grab yummy donuts from Sedonuts. House was very comfortable, especially enjoyed relaxing in the open plan living/dining area at the end of the day.

We stayed at Tim's place as a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay. Tim was responsive and helpful.

Great stay! The hot tub was the best feature. Incredibly powerful jets - exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway in the cold weather!

We had wonderful Thanksgiving at Tad & Ivy's place. The place is well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed the basement and pool table, but unfortunately it was too cold for us to get in the hot tub. Our pups had everything they needed too! We would definitely come back. Thanks Tad & Ivy!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We liked the peace & quiet & being surrounded by a lovely neighborhood. It was a short distance drive to visit all the places we wanted to check out during our stay. If visiting Sedona & surrounding areas, Cottonwood is a great choice. The home was just beautiful & perfect for our needs. Our hosts were super helpful.

This was a very nice little house in a walkable neighborhood- this downtown part of Cottonwood is close as well as nearby walking trails. The house had all the amenities that we needed for our short stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home! Our stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Conveniently located by stores and restaurants. A seamless check-in made it a perfect choice. Our fur pet was welcomed also. Lorri has dog dishes, dog toys, towels and sheets for our dog!! She even had a park pass available to use!! She was extremely sweet when I did have to ask questions and hey responses were quick. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect!! Everyone thought it was an amazing place. Thank you, Lorri, for a wonderful place to stay!

A few of my siblings and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and came upon this cabin. It was beautiful, the cabin was just as advertised. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We didn't have to go into town for anything. Caroline was super helpful and even made sure the fire nearby that was going on before our stay wasn't going to affect us. We definitely want to come back and make this cabin an annual siblings trip spot.

The house was perfect for our family and our 2 dogs. The location is amazing. The pool table was a lot of fun. The forest behind the house provides an amazing view. Say hi to the squirrel living in the tree. The house does have a fenced in yard however, if you bring dogs, make sure you put a log in front of the gate. There is a gap that is large enough for a smaller dog to escape thru. Also beware, there are cacti all over in the forest, best to keep dogs to established trails or walking the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay! Lovely and well secured yard, our dog absolutely loved being able to run freely in the backyard. House is lovely! Spacious kitchen, with all the cooking gadgets and utensils needed to make substantial meals.

Me and my fiance had a great stay everything was clean, and ready for our stay, very clear and simple instructions, it was a great getaway and amazing property to walk around and enjoy, definitely recommended!!

Very clean, great living space and awesome location in Sedona. Went mostly to hike but lots to do around the area. Short drive to downtown Sedona and close to many trails.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in December and couldn't have enjoyed it more! One of the nicest stays to date. Anxious to go back during the summer to fully utilize the pool as well. Excellent hosts and such a beautiful home, extremely private and peaceful to come back to after exploring nearby areas of interests. Visited Sedona multiple times (easy 1/2 hour drive), Jerome (go to The Clinkscale in Jerome and order their grilled cheese and soup, best grilled cheese ever!!!), Cottonwood and Montezuma's castle very easily from here. We even managed a day trip to the Grand Canyon as well. Lovely stay overall and would highly encourage it for couples and family stays. Views from every window and the hot tub under the stars at night, oh my!!! Book it, you won't be sorry.
