The space
-The waterfront views! The lake activity fun! Outdoor relaxation! Fresh air, waves, fish from the seawall -bass, catfish, crappie. This cottage creates memorable experiences.

-Anchor your boat to the seawall, or use the small boathouse lift for your kayaks.

-Explore and take in the sights and sounds of the water & surrounding nature. Walk/Bike (byobike) the quaint streets to visit parks, beach, shops, and restaurants. Pickleball at Old Field Beach park .

-Sit in a hammock chair for a nap or cool beverage. Lounge directly by the water and roast some marshmallows at the firepit.

-Boat rental and public access beaches and parks are just down the road.

-Off the water fun - Snow Skiing, Golf, Horseback Riding, Putt Putt, Batting Cages, Mini Car Speedway, Restaurants/Bars, Live Music, Comedy Nights, and Farm Markets

-Private parking for 2 to 3 vehicles or 1 vehicle and a trailer. State Park boat ramp is close by.

- 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 convertible twin chair in the living room.

-The home has well water and a softener system. Bring bottled water if you prefer. Complimentary 6 bottles provided.

-wildlife and insects (keeping doors closed and avoiding use of outdoor lights at nighttime will assist in insect control)
-distant gunshot sounds during hunting seasons

Guest access
-Coded Door lock on the Lakeside entry. Allows for independent check-in.
-Back door is mainly used for property maintenance and second emergency exit.
-Guest entry points have monitoring systems.
-All guests must be registered.
-Report all guest changes prior to check-in
-Guests may be asked to present a valid photo ID
-Removal of guests/denied access may occur if the number of guests exceeds booking details, or if party and safety rules are broken, or stay exceeds the dates/times in booking details, and/or illegal activity is suspected.
