Countryside views can be enjoyed from the master suite, living room, balcony and gardens. Whilst only being minutes away from Torbay's famous beaches and attractions, with the south hams only minutes in the other direction.

Splendour house is a family home for families groups ONLY.
NO parties, hen or stag do’s!
- 6 bedrooms housing up to 14 adults in beds plus the use of 2 Z beds. (Please let us know if you need these at time of booking)
including 1 ground floor accessible bedroom.
- Games room featuring a full size pool table, 65inch TV with full SKY & BT sport package
- Movie Room with comfy seating and a 65inch TV with a full SKY package including SKY Movies.
- Spacious Gardens with Hot tub, BBQ, furniture and garden games
- Tradition Sauna
- Large fully equipped kitchen
- Family Dining Room
- Large family living room, 55inch TV with full SKY & BT sport package
- We are a dog friendly premises and charge £55 per dog per stay.
- Noise levels to be kept to a minimum at night especially when outdoors

- THE LOUNGE FIREPLACE IS DECORATIVE ONLY & NOT TO BE USED.
- NO CANDLES OR NAKED FLAMES TO BE USED INSIDE AT ALL.
- IF THE POWER GOES OUT, AUTOMATIC TORCHES & GROUND LEVEL LIGHTS WILL LIGHT UP, PULL THE TORHES UP TO USE.
- NO CHARGING OF E-BIKES, SCOOTERS OR SIMILAR
- PLEASE CLOSE ALL INTERNAL DOORS AT NIGHT
- KEEP ESCAPE ROUTES CLEAR
- MAKE SURE TO TURN SAUNA OFF WHEN NOT IN USE & USE TIMER.
