Stylish townhouse, Spindrift Donaghadee was designed by Grand Designs House of The Year Award Winning Architects, McGonigleMcGrath & is approved by Tourism NI. Spindrift is a stone’s throw away from the bustling town centre with it's great selection of shops, restaurants, cafes & bars. The town offers a wide range of activities with sandy beaches, boat and fishing trips ,tennis , golf , sailing and sea swimming all within easy walking distance of the house.

The space
Spindrift is a light & spacious recently constructed end-terrace townhouse with a modern relaxed feel set in the grounds of an attractive grade two listed building. The lovely southwest facing garden is the ideal spot to unwind or enjoy a BBQ. The property is fully equipped for a relaxing break for up to five people & children are very welcome. There is secure onsite storage for golf clubs, bikes, paddleboards etc available on request & at no extra charge.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a bright and modern open plan layout of living-dining-kitchen ideal for sociable times together. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. A downstairs cloakroom includes a washing machine. The living room has a smart TV and a selection of books & games for guests to enjoy. A wood burning stove ensures cosy Autumn and Winter evenings.

The property features a double-bedroom with king-size bed, a twin room and a spacious single bedroom all with plenty of storage and hanging space. The fully tiled stylish bathroom is on the first floor and comprises a full size bath with shower over, toilet, basin and plenty of storage.

Spindrift is in the same development as my other Airbnb property Driftwood.

Centrally located, everything Donaghadee has to offer is within easy walking distance of Spindrift. There is off street parking for one vehicle at the front door of the property.

The garden includes a patio area with level access from the house and a fenced, raised grassy area accessed by steps.
