The space
Please enjoy your family on our whole 2,350 Sqft in a very quite area, surrounded by woods and tranquility.

As you enter our home, you’ll encounter a grand living area where you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy meals in our cozy dining area which comfortably fits 6. Living room includes a 55-inch streaming-enabled TV.

The living room, dining area, breakfast counter and fully-stocked chef kitchen follow an open concept and are fully integrated and great for socializing.

On the ground floor there is also a grand master suite with a King size bed, a large master bathroom, with a shower, bathtub and a HUGE WALK IN CLOSET. You will also find a fully equipped laundry space (washer & dryer) and a half bathroom.

On the second floor there are 3 beautiful bedrooms with their own closet space, two of them with a Queen size bed, plus a third bedroom with 2 cozy Twin beds and a full bathroom. You can also find an amazing family room with a 75” Smart TV perfect for movie night.

Our outdoor space has a dining area where you can enjoy BBQing on our RCS Grill, mini fridge and take in the surrounding nature, as well as a nice swimming and sunbathing on our fantastic heated pool perfect for any summer or winter days. You will also find a very cozy seating area with 2 reclining chairs and a JACUZZI for hot or cold season!

For heating the pool there is a one time fee of $100 to have our pool company go before and after the check out to turn on and off the pool.


Finally, the home has a two car garage with an exterior basketball hoop where you can enjoy a nice basketball game with your family.

Home to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion where they hold Concerts and festivals throughout the year. The big attraction is the waterway outside The Woodlands Mall.
There is a children's splash pad in the park at Market street as well as boutiques, restaurants and shopping, also you can find incredible dancing waterfalls that play music down the waterway.
We have many Good Hospitals, Anderson cancer hospital, Texas Children's, Methodist and Memorial Hospital.
For those who live here, great schools and there’s always an influx of people moving here to work.
