Neighborhood highlights

This home is located on the "side hill" in the village of Watkins Glen, at the head of Seneca Lake, slightly to the west. Its location two blocks up on the hill affords the lovely view of the lake from the porch, side yard, living room, and master bedroom. Besides a charming village in its own right, Watkins Glen is centrally located to visit both the east and west sides of the lake for wineries, breweries, and restaurants. This home is also convenient to Clute Park public lake beach, Watkins Glen State Park - home of the Gorge; and is only 10 minutes from Watkins Glen Raceway.

Meet your hosts

Born in the 70s
My work: real estate agent
I am a Philadelphia real estate agent, fine artist, designer, wine lover and world traveler. We visited Seneca Lake for the first time in 2013 and returned every year since. When the visits topped 4 a year, we decided it was time to buy a place of our own. We own a 1910 rowhome in Philadelphia, with nearly identical details and charm, so when we walked into this property it just felt like home. I invite you to enjoy our custom designed home, with its calming view, relaxing porch, uplifting colors, and updated amenities.
