A modern, spacious bungalow with views over the sea and Snowdonia, tucked away on a quiet lane within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach, village shops and restaurants of Trearddur Bay. The house is surrounded by large gardens and a patio.

Access is via a private road with no passing traffic. The beach is a short walk, either via public footpath or residential roads. This is a lovely secluded area of Trearddur Bay with everything conveniently within walking distance.

The space
This modern and spacious holiday home is perfect for family holidays, sleeps 8 with 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates 2 small pets. The house has a large bright, open plan kitchen and lounge area, complete with all the essential appliances including Sky TV, Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and toys/games console to entertain younger guests. The outside area offers a large driveway to accomodate 4 cars, complete with an EV charging point and has large gardens to the front and rear of the property. There is a large patio area for relaxing and outside dining with panoramic sea views.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the property and large utility area at the rear of the garage which is able to securely store large items such as bikes, Kayaks, paddle boards etc.
Small boats or Jet ski's can be stored at the rear of the property on the hard standing.
Please note that guest do not have access to the main garage area.
