Less than a mile from the water, Southern Exposure is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is filled with amazing photography of the Gulf Coast. Southern Exposure is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

The space
Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Southern Exposure features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed with a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom that features a walk-in shower.

There are two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and flatscreen TVs. The guest bathroom has a bathtub for those nights you need to kick back and read a book. The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and all the rooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

There is a backyard for those bringing furry friends for an additional non-refundable pet fee. There is a new fence installed so we are now fully enclosed so you can let dogs run free.

The carport has been made into a seating area to relax and cook out with a charcoal grill, and there is additional seating in the front of the home to relax and take in the Gulf Coast breezes.

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and a four-seat electric golf cart for guests to use to go to the beach and downtown is provided at no additional cost.

While at Southern Exposure you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

There is $150 non-refundable pet fee for those bringing well-behaved dogs. Please let us know if you intend to bring any and we will then send a payment request through AirBnB after booking.

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***
