Welcome to The Soulard Speakeasy—your stylish retreat in the heart of historic Soulard! This moody, designer apartment is steps from some of STL’s best bars and restaurants and just minutes from downtown attractions including Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center & more. Enjoy a king memory foam bed, 55" Roku TV, spacious patio, and off-street parking. Perfect for a cozy getaway or nights out in the city!

Come visit the Speakeasy for a unique, and unforgettable experience in St. Louis's historic neighborhood of Soulard! The apartment is located on the first floor of a duplex and the perfect space for a fun getaway!

SLEEPS UP TO 4 GUESTS MAX - King bed in main bedroom and black velvet sleeper sofa (area of 71” L by 44” W) is located in the living room along with another sofa. Not necessarily recommended for 4 adults unless 2 are ok with sleeping on couches. Extra bedding is located in walk-in closet inside bedroom.

HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD – This apartment is located in the Historic Soulard Neighborhood which is known for it's St. Louis brick buildings and unique architecture.

WALKABLE – There are so many great bars and restaurants located within walking distance of the apartment. McGurks, Cafe Miami, and Mission Taco are our favs!! You can walk to the Soulards Farmers Market or take a stroll through Pontiac Square Park.

CENTRAL – All the great things St. Louis has to offer are within (or less than) a 10 minute Uber or drive away. Go see a Cardinals Game, the Battlehawks, or check out the new CITYPARK soccer stadium!!

UNIQUE DESIGN – Every angle in the Speakeasy is a fun photo-op for you and your friends to enjoy! This meticulously designed space will be an experience like any other.

PARKING – There's is a parking pad for guests with one spot reserved for the apartment. There’s two spots total and additional (free) parking available on the street. There's usually plenty of room!

The Speakeasy unit is on the first floor of a duplex. The second floor of the property is a separate unit. The patio lounge / fire pit area is shared by both units.

The second floor of the deck is reserved for the second floor unit guests; please refrain from venturing upstairs.

There’s one king bed and one sleeper sofa and one regular sofa that accommodates 4 people total.

The sleeper sofa sleeping area is 73” L by 44” W.

Named after a refugee of the French Revolution who acquired most of the land, the neighborhood is now the perfect blend of historic architecture and modern entertainment. There's countless bars and restaurants in walking distance. Bar hop your way through the neighborhood, normally buzzing on a game day, or stop by the Soulard Farmer's Market, in operation since 1779! There's plenty of live music to find, as well as the Anehuser-Busch (Budweiser) brewery tour!
