Welcome to the Meadow House! This cozy retreat for two blends modern comfort with rustic charm, featuring a private kitchenette, bathroom, and your own deck for relaxing or stargazing. Enjoy peaceful walks on our trails, which offer a private escape into nature. The Meadow House is fully private, while ranch amenities including the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, firepit, and yard games are shared with other guests. It’s the perfect mix of quiet retreat and resort‑style fun.

Escape to The Meadow House, a cozy tiny home designed for both relaxation and adventure. Start your day in a comfy queen bed, then step outside to explore our scenic trails, or nearby rivers and towns like New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Seguin. Austin and San Antonio are just a 45‑minute drive away for easy day trips.

After exploring, unwind in the outdoor kitchen or enjoy a peaceful evening on your private deck — perfect for relaxing, dining, or stargazing.

This 216 sq. ft. tiny home includes a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, plus a new heating and cooling system to keep you comfortable year‑round.

Outside, enjoy shared resort amenities: take a refreshing dip in the inground pool (open April–November), soak in the year‑round hot tub, or challenge someone to Cornhole. The poolside bar keeps your favorite drinks close, and the indoor common area offers games and a lighthearted karaoke setup for fun evenings.

The fully equipped outdoor kitchen features gas and charcoal grills, a pizza oven, microwave, pans, spices, and more. Prefer to cook solo? A private grill stand is available, and we’re always happy to help with grilling.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of their private tiny house and deck. Beyond that, all ranch amenities are shared, including the expansive yard, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, farmhouse table, pool, hot tub, bar areas, and our indoor rec room (the Brew House).

These spaces offer plenty of room to relax, mingle, or enjoy the peaceful country setting.

While there isn’t a full indoor kitchen, the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, pizza oven, 2‑burner electric hot plate, gas and charcoal grills — everything you need for great meals. If you plan to grill, just let us know and we’re happy to help.

Other things to note
Please keep in mind that our property is nestled in a rural setting where wildlife naturally coexists with us. You may see or hear creatures such as fire ants, bees, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, hogs, and more while outdoors. On rare occasions, a hornet, ant, scorpion, or grasshopper may find its way inside. This is part of country living, and no refunds will be given for encounters with local wildlife.

The Meadow House is located in a quiet country setting down a 3/4 mile gravel road. Our neighbors are mostly the wildlife. We are just a short hour drive to both Austin and San Antonio. Within 30 mins there are many great places to see such as Seguin, New Braunfels, and San Marcos.
