The Meadow House is a cozy tiny home designed for relaxation and adventure. Wake up in a comfy queen bed, then explore our scenic trails or visit nearby towns like New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Seguin. Austin and San Antonio are just 45 minutes away for easy day trips.

After exploring, unwind in the outdoor kitchen or enjoy a peaceful evening on your private deck — perfect for dining, relaxing, or stargazing.

This 216 sq. ft. home includes a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, plus a new heating and cooling system for year‑round comfort.

Outside, enjoy shared resort‑style amenities: an inground pool (open April–November), year‑round hot tub, Cornhole, a poolside bar, and an indoor common area with games and lighthearted karaoke.

The fully equipped outdoor kitchen offers gas and charcoal grills, a pizza oven, microwave, pans, spices, and more. Prefer to cook privately? A personal grill stand is available, and we’re always happy to help with grilling.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of their private tiny house and deck. All other ranch amenities are shared, including the expansive yard, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, farmhouse table, pool, hot tub, bar areas, and our indoor rec room (the Brew House). There’s plenty of space to relax, mingle, or enjoy the peaceful country setting.

While there isn’t a full indoor kitchen, the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, pizza oven, 2‑burner hot plate, and both gas and charcoal grills. If you plan to grill, just let us know — we’re always happy to help.

Other things to note
Please keep in mind that our property is nestled in a rural setting where wildlife naturally coexists with us. You may see or hear creatures such as fire ants, bees, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, hogs, and more while outdoors. On rare occasions, a hornet, ant, scorpion, or grasshopper may find its way inside. This is part of country living, and no refunds will be given for encounters with local wildlife.

Neighborhood highlights

The Meadow House is located in a quiet country setting down a 3/4 mile gravel road. Our neighbors are mostly the wildlife. We are just a short hour drive to both Austin and San Antonio. Within 30 mins there are many great places to see such as Seguin, New Braunfels, and San Marcos.
