In the common area, you’ll find endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Cool off in one of the area’s largest privately owned pools with a thrilling slide, or unwind in the hot tub under a starry sky. Enjoy drinks at the poolside bar while the kids play in the playhouse or on the in‑ground trampoline. Wander along our easy on‑site hiking trail for a bit of outdoor adventure.

The full outdoor kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, electric hot plate, cookware, spices, and dinnerware. A dedicated grilling station offers added privacy, and we’re always happy to assist with grilling anytime you need a hand.

While there’s no indoor kitchen, the outdoor kitchen has everything you need: a refrigerator, microwave, 2‑burner electric hot plate, gas and charcoal grills, and an easy electric pizza oven perfect for family pizza night. We’re happy to help with grilling if needed.
Guests have access to shared spaces including the covered patio, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and a large farmhouse table for meals and gatherings.
Inside the common area, enjoy a TV, games for all ages, and a lighthearted karaoke setup for fun family evenings. Outdoors, kids can explore the playhouse, swings, slide, in‑ground trampoline, and plenty of space to play.

Please keep in mind that our property is nestled in a rural setting where wildlife naturally coexists with us. You may see or hear creatures such as fire ants, bees, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, hogs, and more while outdoors. On rare occasions, a hornet, ant, scorpion, or grasshopper may find its way inside. This is part of country living, and no refunds will be given for encounters with local wildlife.
