Please note: there is a separate guest cottage on the property NOT INCLUDED in your rental. It will remain locked and unoccupied throughout your stay.
The home features a digital keyless entry system with a unique, time-sensitive code that resets for every reservation.

BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ
Our neighbors are aware this property is a vacation rental. They can report violations or disturbances to a 24/7 hotline, which may result in fines or eviction.
We don't set the Sonoma County regulations but we do follow them.

Note, the home is NOT SUITED FOR CHILDREN under 12 years old.
1) REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
- No visitors – Only registered adult guests allowed. Pre-approved service providers (such as chef, masseuse) are permitted
- No events, parties, or loud noise – Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
- No fire hazards – Smoking, candles, and fireplaces are prohibited indoors & outdoors
- No pets or animals
- No more than 3 vehicles
2) NOISE ORDINANCE
Sonoma County enforces a strict noise ordinance for all vacation rentals. No music or amplified sound is allowed outdoors at any time – This includes music from inside that is audible at the property line.
3) NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL
✖ Pool heating (pool heated by the sun only)
✖ Fireplace use (indoors or outdoors) – Fire hazards are strictly prohibited due to wildfire precaution
✖ Extreme heating or cooling – Thermostats are locked: heat max 72°F, AC min 75°F
✖ Guest Cottage access – The cottage is locked and unoccupied
✖ Early check-in, late check-out, or luggage drop-off
Note, the hot tub is heated and included in your rental.
4) WASHER & DRYER ACCESS
- Available upon request – Located in the guest cottage
- The cottage will be unlocked only for laundry use
- The cottage remains off-limits except for the washer & dryer
Please ensure all rules and regulations are understood and agreed upon before booking.
Occupancy and use violations are grounds for losing our Vacation Rental Permit, so your compliance is critical. If anyone including our nearby property manager, maintenance staff, neighbors, or local authorities observe any issues or violations, Guests may be evicted immediately. The remainder of the rental along with the Security deposit will be forfeited and guests may be prosecuted.
By accepting this reservation, you agree to “Accept and Agree" to Sonoma County Permit Regulations & Rental Rules and Noise Ordinance along with terms expressed in the listing. A reservation confirmation shall constitute Guest's acceptance of the terms of this Agreement in full and shall cause this Agreement to become immediately effective and binding. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of property from and against any and all loss, claim, liability or damaging arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on property by you or your guest or invitees.
