Your reservation grants you exclusive access to the entire Sonnen Haus cottage and shared use of the common area. Immerse yourself in the ambiance by the fire pit, savor a meal on the charcoal grill, or engage in friendly game of bean bag toss. The four cottages, including Sonnen Haus, are thoughtfully arranged around the common area, fostering a sense of community.

Pet Policy/Guidelines
At Last Stand TX, we understand that pets are important members of your family, and we're delighted to welcome them into our space. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
Pet Types: We welcome well-behaved dogs, cats, and other small domestic pets. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet other than a dog or cat.
Number of Pets: Please limit the number of pets to 1 per reservation. If you have more than 1 pet, kindly reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
Pet Fees: A pet fee of $50 per stay will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. This fee is non-refundable.
Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times. They should not disturb other guests or neighbors with excessive noise or aggressive behavior.
Leash and Supervision: For the safety of your pet and other guests, please keep your pet on a leash when in common areas and ensure they are supervised at all times.
Damages and Cleanliness: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if extra cleaning is required due to pet hair, stains, or odors.
Pet Waste: Please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience.
Designated Areas: Some areas of the property may be designated as off-limits to pets. Please respect these areas for the comfort and safety of all guests.
Vaccinations and Health: All pets should be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks. Please provide proof of vaccination if requested.
Emergency Contact: Please provide contact information for a local veterinarian in case of emergencies.
Guest Responsibility: As a guest, you accept full responsibility for your pet's actions and any consequences that may arise.
By bringing your pet to Last Stand TX, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or the termination of your reservation without refund.
