Welcome home to our secluded 15 acre ranch retreat. Feel like a rock star and enjoy the whole ranch to yourselves. We're close to the Texas Ren Fest, only 2 miles from quaint Montgomery. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, enjoy a peaceful setting with the convenience of cafes, restaurants, wineries, boutiques, and grocery store (even Signature Krogers Grocery and 24 hour Walmart Super Center!) within minutes.

The space
Welcome to a unique 15 acre ranch retreat center, situated close to Montgomery Town, yet far enough out to feel like you are in the middle of no where. Peaceful, spacious and convenient to town, Lake Conroe and more.

Large ranch style house with wrap around porch, large deck/seating area, mineral therapeutic 8 person hot tub, far infrared 4 person sauna.
A spectacular olympic length lap pool (75 by 10 ft) and our latest addition: a cold plunge! Relax on the dock of the 1 acre pond stocked with fish. Fishing poles available on site for your fishing pleasure, catch and release.

60 minutes from Downtown Houston
60 minutes from IAH Houston Airport

You can enjoy watching, maybe petting, our rescued horses, donkeys and geese. No riding allowed.

Ranch House:
House rental is for up to 8 guests.

You have complete and private access to the Ranch house and property.

The Yoga/Dance Studio is available (for suitable activities) at an additional cost of $50 an hour. Must be approved and booked in advance.

Yoga, Nia or Meditation classes are available for $80 an hour. (please pre-book)

Other things to note
-There are two exterior cameras to monitor the property for liability and ensure all house rules are followed.
- No Parties or Events ($500+ fine). 8 guests maximum strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. If there are more than the arranged number of guests, we have the right to ask your group to leave immediately.
- No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.
