The space
The house is a two-story house, the lower part is the Solar and the upper part we also rent, but each house has its own entrance and private patio.
The place is unique and has a beautiful view and access to a private beach. It has:
-01 shared car parking, visitors leave the car on the road parallel to the gate, location is safe and has security cameras.
-01 large living room, all glazed with a stunning view of Guaíba and a large fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed. --If you need firewood, we resell the 10kg bag for 20 reais.
--The use of air conditioning is optional, with an additional 100 reais per night, payment separately.
--The TV in the living room is not smart, bring a converter, a computer or a flash drive to connect.
The 300 mega Internet works well on-site.
--02 bedrooms with a double bed, cotton sheets, blanket and two pillows and a fan.
