The apartment is even better than what the photos show. Spacious, comfortable, complete apartment with all the necessary equipment and of great quality. Very good showers and gas heating. Clean and organized building, close to the mall. The area is very quiet! I thank César for his kindness and attention throughout our stay. Highly recommended place! Thank you!

The apartment is like the pictures, very comfortably and well located, we were in 3 couples is a child and served us perfectly, we feel very safe, we leave the evenings is always back after 00h and we do not feel any insecurity, we had a marriage that was great for the main reason of the trip which we returned after 3am is it was all quiet. Marcia is very kind and requests, responds quickly, gave us tips on things to do in the city and about trades close to the ap, organized a smaller bed for my godson without being asked what Tbm was a grateful surprise. We recommend the ap and would be staying in it again.

IMPECCABLE apartment! We love the place, we don't have any negative points to score, perfect stay!! Beyond the Wonderful View. We arrived already wanting to come back! Great bed, smelling bedding, very comfortable couch, in the kitchen had everything we need and beyond. Victor always answering the messages, very flexible with the schedules, very quiet! The stay was perfect from start to finish. The space is extremely cozy, clean and well decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, with easy access to landmarks, restaurants and transportation. The host was very helpful and attentive, always available for any questions and ensuring a worry-free experience. The place is super well equipped, with everything you need for both short and long stays. I recommend it for those looking for comfort and quality. I would definitely come back!

Trouble-free stay. Adriana is a very helpful and communicative host. The house is small but cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet. There's a bakery next door, which is really nice! It's a place I'd go back to in Gravataí.

Excellent locale, very beautiful place and with good structure. For warmer times I suggest you install air conditioning. No mais was all very quiet and as we expected during the stay.

Great place, everything works in the house, it has a heater, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. It's really worth it and is a few minutes' walk from UFRGS

We were teamed to work on the humanitarian action in RS. The apt served us perfectly, as we were 4 and everything served us well. Ample, comfortable and in a great location. We'll have to go back and doubt I'll look for the space again. Gratitude to Jorge and Cida for affection and empathy.

The space is amazing, perfect for a weekend with friends. It is evident that the space was built with a lot of love and affection. Very nice, quiet and easy to get to. I had a great time at the place. Daphne and Breno were very helpful, gave clear instructions and were always available. I already want to come back. I highly recommend it!

Cassio was a thoughtful host and his place is really cool. Upon entering the AP it had a clean smell and the air-conditioner was already on, leaving the super pleasant environment. I recommend.
