Welcome to our cozy and spacious upstairs duplex in the heart of Wahpeton. Perfect for families, groups, or anyone visiting the area. Located in the heart of Wahpeton, you’ll have easy access to all this city has to offer. Whether you're in town for a college visit, a local event, or simply looking for a getaway, our duplex offers a space to put your feet up. Its welcoming vibe makes it the perfect base for exploring Wahpeton or relaxing with family or friends.

What you’ll love:
3 comfortable bedrooms with plush bedding, each featuring a sound machine, ear plugs, and nightlight for a restful sleep.
A fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots and pans, a coffee bar, and a range of kid-friendly utensils and appliances.
Spacious living room with a Smart TV, games, and a record player for family entertainment.
Private bathroom stocked with towels, toiletries, and a shower/tub combo.
Bring some lawn chairs for outdoor relaxation and fun in the backyard.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs apartment, including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The downstairs is occupied by tenants, but we provide earplugs and sound machines to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
Other things to note
While we are actively working on noise-reduction improvements, please be aware that sounds from downstairs will carry. This place will be cozy every time you stay; however, there is a good chance it will not be quiet.
Our central air and filtration system ensures excellent air quality, and we ask that the windows remain closed for the best experience.
Our duplex is located on the south side of Wahpeton, so be sure to leave extra time in case there is a train.
While we welcome families, we want you to know that the space is NOT baby/toddler-proof.
We provide a pack and play with the standard thin mattress that comes with it, as well as one plush topper for a more comfortable sleep, and one waterproof anti-crinkle sheet. We ask that you provide anything additional that may be needed for your stay.
We are continuously improving the property, and your understanding is greatly appreciated. This home is a work in progress, but we’re committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

My husband & I live next door to the Airbnb. We have 3 children, one adult, one teenager, & one tween. We also have 3 dogs, 2 of which are elderly. We bought & spent a year renovating this place, so if you stay with us, check out some before-and-after pics in our welcome binder. We LOVE this community & what it offers. My husband is great at fixing, I am great at management, & we both love serving others, so this adventure has been great for us!
