To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and respect the following house rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Please be aware that a late check-out fee of $250 per hour will be charged if the home is not vacated by 11:00 AM and our cleaning team arrives.

💸 Damage Policy
• A $500 damage fee will be charged for any significant damage to the property, furnishings, or violation of house rules. Please treat the space with care.

🔇 Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• No loud music or outdoor gatherings after this time. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the neighborhood.

🚭 Smoking
• Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.

🗑️ Trash Disposal
• Please place all trash in the designated bins located in the garage.

Do not leave trash outside or in public areas.

🚗 Parking
• Street parking is not permitted.
• The property includes 6 free parking spaces on-site for guest use.

Please park only in the designated areas.

🐶 Pets
• Small to medium-sized dogs only (up to 60 lbs).
• No cats, birds, or other animals are allowed.
• Dogs must remain on leash at all times when outside the gated private yard or in the front yard.
