Our 4 BR/3 BA condo is perfect for families/groups of friends. With king & queen master bedrooms each with private baths, a 2-twin and a 4-bunk bedroom with shared bath, & sofa/sleeper, there is room for 12 adults. Our home is at the base of Mt. Werner, steps from the gondola, ski lifts, base-area restaurants/shopping, & Burgess Creek/Coca-Cola Adventure Zone. You can enjoy activities, dining & adventure right out your front door.

The space
Our recently remodeled, open floor plan, high-ceiling condo, with well-equipped kitchen (including granite countertops, top of the line pots/pans and knives, and all new plates/glasses/utensils and serving pieces), gas fireplace, dining room that can be configured to seat 12, 4 bar-stools for socializing, and kid friendly amenities (Pack-n-Play, high-chair and lots of toys/books), is the perfect getaway for your Steamboat dream trip. We have decorated our home with furniture and artwork by local artisans, bringing the best of the Steamboat community to your doorstep. Our home is also equipped with flat screen TVs, DVD players, games, a beautiful patio with Mt. Werner views and a multi-million dollar outdoor renovation, including new windows/patio doors, community fire-pit and luxurious heated pool and hot tub. * Pool and hot tub hours, availability, and conditions are subject to change without notice. There is NO A/C in the home. Multiple fans are provided.

When bedtime arrives, you'll enjoy a master bedroom, with king bed, new luxurious bedding and plenty of comfy pillows, private bath, and walk-out to your private balcony. The queen master bedroom features new bedding, lots of pillows, a small TV and private bath. On the other side of the condo, two bedrooms await, one with 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king, and a bunk room with 4 single beds (suitable for adults or kids). These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Additional guests (up to 12) can sleep on the brand new Crate & Barrel full sofa/sleeper.

You will have full access to our home, inclusive of all living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry is located in the building on the lower level (same level as the parking garage) and is available for a fee.
