The space
Linen Policy:
Please bring your own linen. It can be provided for an additional fee of $300, which includes sheets and bath towels. Beach towels are not available for hire.

Self-Contained Unit:
Available for $140 per night. We recommend this for groups greater than 12 people. This unit includes a Queen bedroom (7th bedroom), 2 King Single beds, a kitchenette, a lounge area, and a separate bathroom.

Floor Plans:
Upstairs: 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (sleeps 8).

Downstairs: 2 large bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and the other with 2 single beds and bunks (sleeps 7).

Additional Information:

Pillows, pillowcases, doonas, and doona covers are provided.

Parties and pets are not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the number of guests exceeds the amount stated in the reservation.

A local for some 30+ years the island is my home. I am some what of a local historian and know quite a bit about the Bass Coast region. Down to earth and friendly i like to accommodate our visitors and pride myself on achieving constant good results and a high standard. The variety of wonderful people we have had through from all corners of the globe make this a most interesting tradition to continue for the island. Phillip Island originally was primarily used for visitors and bed and breakfast type holiday escapes back to the early 1900's. The 50's were some of the most amazing times for airbnb style accommodation on the island. Today in a modern landscape set against the wild untamed environment continues to provide a stark retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, with modern day shopping available only minutes away. Visit the penguins or see the roar of the race track or the blow hole at the Nobbies, there is much to experience on Phillip Island. Welcome! I am your host for as much or as little assistance as you wish, your time is your time, Relax and enjoy your stay.
