✔ Shared Beach Access: Located just steps from the front door.

✔ Smart TVs are provided each bedroom and the living room (no cable).
✔ One (1) Pack-n-Play crib and one (1) highchair is available. Please bring your own sheets.
✔ Grill: A charcoal grill is located in the garage. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
✔ Beach Gear: Wagon, sand toys, 4-5 chairs, pop-up shade tent and tent weights are available for use during your stay (located in the garage).

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

Other things to note
• The shared walkover bridge is located over the dunes which is naturally occurring vegetation and produces stickers/sand burrs therefore shoes/sandals are recommended.

• One wagon to take your belongings to & from the beach is available for use during your stay and can be found in the garage. We also have chairs, sand toys, pop-up shade tent and tent weights. Please clean and return all items after use for the next guest to enjoy.

• We recommend a rolling cooler or cooler bag to make your walk to the beach easier.

• A cornhole set is in the garage for use (to be used at the property only) during your stay. Please return to the garage prior to checking out.

We are Kristen & Jason. We enjoy traveling and have stayed at many short term rental homes in the US and abroad and we are thrilled that we are now hosts. We love the beach and have always wanted to have a place to wake up to the sounds of the ocean.
