ROKU TVs in every bedroom as well as both living areas. Large 6-ft fenced yard, furnished patio, hot-tub, great area for kids & dogs.

Skyline View Denver: Plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Works well for multi-generational families or groups of co-workers traveling together.

Owned by us, not a leased rental from a 3rd party. We fully renovated the house in 2022 and continue to reinvest in the house and furnishings. Anyone with experience of unmaintained "rental arbitrage" homes will appreciate this.

Upstairs has master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and double vanity bathroom. Second upstairs bedroom with queen bed. Second full bath.

Downstairs has 1 large bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with bunkbeds and desk. Full bath with walk-in shower.

Four separate work areas with Steelcase office chairs and fast 600Mbit Cable & backup Starlink Internet connection, perfect for remote workers or school.

Fully equipped second kitchen downstairs with bar seating. Laundry closet with washer & dryer. Comfy seating area with Skeeball to keep the kids entertained. 70" TV downstairs set up with retro PlayStation1 and 50 classic games.

Parking for 4 cars/trucks. Two in rear garage (with EV charger) & two on the driveway at the front.

Furnished outdoor patio and fully enclosed backyard with 6ft fence. Huston Lake Park is only 2 streets away with playground, fishing, trails and tennis courts.
