The kitchen is equipped with essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc., along with pots, pans, skillets, plates, mugs, drinkware, and silverware. You'll also find an array of kitchen utensils for your convenience.

Additionally, we supply starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, fireplace pellets, as well as complimentary hand soap, shampoo, and body wash for your use.

We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, ALDI.

Please Note:
1) Arrowhead Lake community does have additional mandatory fees not included in house rental rate (see "Other things to note")
2) Our community is located in a somewhat remote area, ideal for those looking to escape the city and highways. A car is required to reach both the community and our property.
3) Our driveway is pretty steep please drive slow and careful.

- ❄️ Off Season (Sept 3 – May 23): $2/person/day

🚗 **Gate Pass:** $20/vehicle/stay
📝 **Administration Fee:** $20/stay
⏰ **HOA Late Fee:** $100 (applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival)

Note: Pools are closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day
Year-round activities take place in the community lodge.
