Whether you’re soaking in the jacuzzi, shaded or under the stars, or rinsing off in the outdoor shower, every moment is crafted for your ultimate comfort.
Ready to test your grilling skills? The pergola terrace is your perfect outdoor kitchen, complete with a gas BBQ, sink, counters, and storage, all conveniently located near a dining table where cherished memories are made. Enjoy meals under retractable shades or the open sky, surrounded by lush ambiance.
Don't stop your exercise routine. Play basketball in our basketball area and use our stationary bike to keep that heart in shape.
Inside, the house offers modern tech and thoughtfully curated lighting throughout the property. The interior is designed to impress, with every detail tailored to create a sense of awe. Fully air-conditioned, the home features two bedrooms with full-size beds, a beautifully remodeled bathroom, and a functional, stylish kitchen. Each bedroom and the family room is equipped with TVs, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all.
The kitchen includes everything you need to host up to four guests: a two-burner electric stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, counter space, utensils, and dinnerware.

We have neighbors on the side, front, and back of the property. Be respectful of quiet hours: 10PM-7AM. If any of our neighbors complain about loud music or loud people, we will be contacting you.

Some locals think driving around with loud music is a sport. We can't control it if it happens.

This house is located on an old neighborhood in the border of San Juan and Carolina. Centrally located, it offers good access to main avenues to reach some of Puerto Rico's must visit places. Although the neighborhood is slowly transforming, there are still properties around that are not in best conditions. This does not affect our private oasis.
